**NEW DATE AND TIME!
This group provides an opportunity for caregivers and family members to share resources and discuss emotions with a social worker in a confidential setting. A family caregiver is someone who provides non-paid care for another person. This person could be a spouse, parent, child, other relative or friend. While caregiving is rewarding it can also be demanding, stressful and exhausting.
The group values respect and responds with empathy and non-judgmental feedback in a confidential setting. The group meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 12:30pm-2pm in the Jewish Family Services meeting room at the Levin JCC. A JFS social worker facilitates the session. Please contact contact is Shira Bar-On at (919) 354-4923 or firstname.lastname@example.org prior to attending your first Sandwich Club meeting or with any questions.
